2. Age Requirement (Strict 18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform due to the unpredictable nature of random chat.

3. Service Availability & AI Agents

• AI Fallback: You acknowledge that the Service acts as a hybrid platform. When human users are unavailable, you may be paired with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent.
• AI Content: Responses from AI agents are automated. We are not responsible for the accuracy or nature of the content generated by AI.

4. User Conduct & Liability

• Zero Tolerance: You agree not to send hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or spam.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions. Stranger Talk is a passive conduit for user content and is not liable for the behavior of strangers you encounter.
• Anonymity: You agree not to solicit or publicly broadcast the private information of other users.

5. Data & History

You agree to our specific data handling practices:
(a) Human Chats are ephemeral and not stored by us.
(b) AI Chats are stored to provide you with a history log.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the number of active users, the quality of conversations, or the uptime of the service.
